How are ya all doing, Just spent about 2 hrs watching you tube. all the veteran artists just singin there hearts out, George too. look up Jean shepard slippin away just like that and watch the vidieo it's funny she is surrounded by many other veteran artists they flub up and it's funny, but ya know thats the way it used too be, fun! now it's Electric sex and Funky Monkey dancing and Sex and screeming guitars and sex. yeah its okay to inccorporate things into music but geez! I miss the good ole bad ole days. I maybe 43 but I know music and the past may be the past and this is now but it's got to make a come back, George you work your Butt off and I love ya for it! someday I'd like to sit and just talk of those days when I was a child Merle Haggard, Dolly, Porter, Johnny Cash. How do you all feel about this new country today!

I DO NOT like the new country at all. I like George Jones, Merle Haggard, Kenny Rogers, Vern Gosdin, Waylon Jennings, and alot more legendary Country Artists. I also like Rock. Not today's rock but, rock from the 50's. How about you all?

I also don't care for the "new"country. I love Traditional with George of course being my favorite As far as Rock goes I do listen every now and then to some of the "oldies". I do like Frankie Valli. But my heart is in country. I also like Loretta Lynn alot..she is such a down to earth person. Her book "Still Not Woman Enough" is really good.

You definitely won't be sorry Davidg. That book is so good. She really had a tough life. She is one strong "Lady" I saw her in concert in Feb. She does a great show.
