ANYBODY GOT A REVIEW OF GEORGES SHOWS FROM CANANDA??

We saw George and his team at Casino Rama in Orillia Ontario on Thursday and Friday. They put on a GREAT show. The venue itself in my opinion was garbage. Mr. Jones was in fine voice. The crowd was lively with about three standing ovations through out the show. We got to meet Nancy and the band. George didn't do any signing after the show but that's OK he was obviously tired. I'd give the show a 9 out of 10 and the venue a 3 out of 10 but I'm not going back to that Nazi camp anytime soon.

Glad to hear george was in great form ! Too bad about the venue. I assume their security was bad ?

hi. went to see george jones at rama.thursday and friday. he put on a great show.have gone to see him for thirty years and loved every show.was so happy he came to intertain us. he is the greatest i dont know everything about him but he knows everything about me.as he has been with me since i was a little girl.sure hope he will come back to toronto canada.

Keep an eye on Pollstar. They have a pretty good list of shows ahead of time.

I understand they were all great shows from what I heard. Sorry to hear your venue was not nice! I won a CD today of George's from the driver show. I hear a lot more about the fan's reveiws on facebook.

No the concert schedule isn't out as far as I know.. I am on the mailing list for the Alabama theater. I saw the list of up-coming shows on there..called and was surprised to find the tickets were already onsale..

Hope he has a Michigan show in there

Well, I would have had a review....from October 13. George's show was cancelled!!! I was so disappointed as the last time he was in Canada he skipped British Columbia altogehter. And here he was supposed to play this time right in MY TOWN......

Any idea why ??

I saw George in Kingston Ontario and he put on an excellent show. Full house and he sounded great. Best of all, he looked fantastic. A true, country gentleman. And Nancy was nice to speak to us as well.
